Boulevard

  • 4,500 sq ft, Covent Garden/Soho
  • A series of fit-outs for this privately owned restaurant group, achieving a more enduring and idiosyncratic twist on the more familiar chain brasserie concepts. The service involved licensing and full statutory compliance in addition to the architectural design service.

The Langley

  • 15,000 sq ft, Covent Garden
  • This retro-styled late-bar/eatery was 'installed' within a Victorian fruit warehouse. The brick and concrete shell was left exposed providing striking contrast with the fit-out elements with soft flooring recessed into screeded floors creating natural cluster points within the more 'Urban' building envelope. The result was the group's highest grossing unit meter for meter.

The Circle

  • Covent Garden
  • An atmospheric Bar and Eatery in central Covent Garden. Artists were commissioned into the build team for this fit-out, creating a Sistine Chapel inspired interior. HC Project Management controlled all disciplines and ensured Statutory Compliance for specialist Music & Dance Late-Licensing with Westminster City Council.

The Magic Circle
