International Projects:
Global Expertise, Local Impact

Lijiang China Project
Hampton Consulting has successfully delivered high-impact international projects, such as a large hotel and residential development in Lijiang, China, and the European Logistics Park near Bucharest, Romania.
In Lijiang, we navigated complex negotiations with regional authorities to secure JV approval, with the land provided free of charge. In Romania, we secured full permitting for a mixed-use logistics park, a 10M EUR non-refundable EU grant, and early marketing efforts to attract major tenants.
These projects demonstrate our ability to bring global solutions to local contexts, turning challenges into sustainable opportunities.

ELP Logistics Park
European Logistics Park (ELP) is a transformative mixed-use development situated just 7 km from Bucharest’s ring road, with direct access via the E70 highway. Strategically designed as a logistics hub, the site enables the seamless transfer of goods across Europe, leveraging open borders under the EU Schengen Agreement. Adding to its strategic value is a newly announced cargo-focused airport, co-funded by the UAE and located just 3 km from the site, offering enhanced connectivity for air freight.
