ELP Logistics Park

About this Project

ELP aims to secure ‘Free-zone’ status, a designation that allows suppliers to defer import duties until goods leave the zone for final delivery. This provides a significant cash-flow advantage, making the park an attractive option for businesses looking to optimize supply chain operations. Supported by a €10 million non-refundable EU grant, full permitting for the development was achieved within three years, a testament to the efficient planning and coordination behind the project.

Hampton Consulting is appointed as Project Directors for the investment consortium, overseeing every aspect of the development. Their role includes orchestrating strategic activities, appointing and managing a professional team, and facilitating high-level stakeholder engagement through regular site visits and detailed reporting. Quarterly progress reports and action plans are submitted for board approval in the UK, ensuring close coordination with investors and stakeholders.

PROJECT

Currently, a dedicated marketing team is focused on securing pre-lets, a critical step toward advancing the development and ensuring a strong pipeline of tenants. Once completed, ELP is set to become a key regional logistics hub, integrating infrastructure, operational efficiency, and strategic positioning to support supply chain needs across Europe and beyond.
